Minneapolis Advantage Loan Program ($10,000 interest-free forgivable loans for mortgage downpayments in select neighborhoods with high forclusure rates). This looks pretty good, as it's forgiven (don't have to pay it back) within 5 years of buying the house, except that "the loan is due on sale, transfer of title, when the primary mortgage is paid off, or when the property ceases to be the owner’s primary place of residence."
