Minneapolis addresses are mostly special needs or senior places. This means either government money or health insurance money . . . easier than actually collecting rent. Most of non-special needs places were purchased from PRG last year, maybe they'll convert them. Their biggest project is in Duluth, it looks like it is a riverside plaza - style giant housing project.
