The history section makes it sound like there is actually a great deal of property that this CDC owns.

they own Southside Ventures and a number of other private corporations.

I think this will be one of the more interesting CDCs to find out about: they have a history with the Sears tower owners that were foreclosed on by the city, they were started by the Whittier Alliance but have recently come under attack by some force. They are also one of the only CDC's that own companies instead of land.
